A shared factory on a dedicated server. No mods needed, just add the server and start building.

Join in four steps

You only do this once. After that the server stays in your list.

  1. Step 1

    Open Server Manager

    From the main menu, choose Server Manager.

  2. Step 2

    Add the server

    Click Add Server and paste the IP into Address. Leave the port at .

  3. Step 3

    Sign in

    Enter the password when the game asks. It's posted in the Discord.

  4. Step 4

    Join the session

    Pick the running session and join. You'll load straight into the shared save.

Good to know

No mods

The server runs the standard game. Just keep Satisfactory updated in Steam or Epic.

Saved on the server

Progress lives on the server, not on anyone's PC, so you can play even when the host is offline.

Updates

When the game updates, the server updates on its next restart. If you can't connect after a patch, give it a few minutes.

If something goes wrong

The server says offline in Server Manager

Check the status at the top of this page. If it says online, remove the server from your list and add it again with the IP and port above.

It says my game version doesn't match

Update Satisfactory in Steam or Epic. If you just updated, the server may still be restarting on the new version, so try again in a few minutes.

The password doesn't work

Passwords are case-sensitive. Copy it straight from the Discord to avoid typos.
